Bryn Athyn Athletics Coat Drive

Bryn Athyn, Pa- The Bryn Athyn College men’s ice hockey team held its first ever winter coat drive on Sunday, December 4th.

In hopes of giving back to the community, the Lions, along with retailer Burlington Coat Factory, the nonprofit organization One Warm Coat, and "Good Morning America," will help to spread holiday cheer throughout the Philadelphia area by giving coats to those in need. Over 75 coats were collected on Sunday afternoon, making the event a huge success. The coats that were collected will be greatly appreciated by the many adults and children who are struggling to afford proper cold-weather attire during the winter months.

The Lions would like to thank the fans and the community for their donations which helped to make the event a success.
