Men’s Lacrosse Wins on the Road 14-5 Over Wells College

AURORA, NY. - The Bryn Athyn College men's lacrosse team defeated future NEAC conference opponent Wells College 14-5 on the road in Sunday afternoon action.

Luke Frazier led the team in points with two goals and three assists.  Mike Donnelly added four goals of his own.  Travis McCurdy notched three goals.  Sean Feyler had two goals and one assist.  Scott Witmyer had two goals.  David DalCortivo had one goal and one assist.  Ben Silvers had one assist.

The first quarter started out with two goals by Wells but Bryn Athyn answered back with three of their own, two from Donnelly and one from McCurdy.  The second quarter belonged to the Lions with five different players scoring a goal.  DalCortivo, Feyler, McCurdy, Witmyer, and Frazier all scored in the second.  Wells would score one before the half to make the score 8-3.

The third quarter saw two Bryn Athyn goals, one from Donnelly and one from McCurdy.  The fourth quarter began with a Wells goal but the Lions would answer with four goals of their own, one each from Feyler, Frazier, Donnelly, and Witmyer.  Wells would score just before the final buzzer.
