FRISCO, Texas – Bryn Athyn College men's lacrosse head coach and Florida Launch co-captain Tucker Durkin was selected as the 2017 Warrior Major League Lacrosse (MLL) Defensive Player of the Year during the MLL Honors ceremony Friday night. The award was voted on by the MLL's nine head coaches and nine general managers.

He played in all 14 matches, racking up 13 ground balls and 3 caused turnovers. The Launch ended the regular season with a 14.43 goals-against average.
